RED-S

Restoring balance, energy, and health for athletes at risk of under-fueling.

Overview

Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S) occurs when an athlete isn’t eating enough to meet the energy demands of both their sport and their body’s natural growth and development. This can affect not only performance, but also bone health, hormones, mood, and long-term well-being. In RED-S support sessions, I work with athletes and their families to create an individualized fueling plan to support both performance and growth. Whether your child is showing early warning signs or has already been diagnosed, these sessions provide compassionate, evidence-based guidance to help them regain balance, strength, and confidence.

What to expect

Sessions are held virtually, giving you the flexibility to connect from the comfort of home.
