Who are sports nutrition sessions for?

Sports nutrition is helpful for any active child or teen, from recreational runners to high school athletes.

Do all family members need to attend?

Usually the athlete attends with a parent, but sometimes a parent-only or athlete-only session makes sense.

What kinds of challenges can you help with?

Low energy, fueling for practices and games, recovery, hydration, growth concerns, and balancing nutrition with performance.

How many sessions will we need?

​Every situation is unique. Some parents and athletes find one or two sessions provide the clarity they need, while others benefit from ongoing support. We’ll discuss the best plan for your situation.

Do you take insurance?

Yes! I work in-network with most insurance providers, or can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
